Crack Remediation
Traditional sand and cement solid render frequently exhibits cracking over time due to thermal movement, the effects of weather and poor construction technique.
Cover Up Dynamics specialise in the remediation of degraded plaster systems utilising modern acrylic and reinforced render systems. These systems are both flexible and durable offering a crack resistance six times higher than cement based products.

Natural interior finishes are important for maintaining a healthy home. Sto offers one of the cleanest product ranges on the market, free of solvents and plasticisers as well as extremely low on emissions.
Cover Up Dynamics preference modern acrylic renders which do not present the issues with cracking often seen in traditional solid plaster as a result of thermal movement, weather degradation or poor application.
Acrylic renders will retain their beautiful finish, maintenance free, for decades.
All Sto Systems come with a written Sto 10, 15 or 20 year warranty with Sto Service Assurance giving you peace of mind knowing you are protected.

StoCalce Functio Plaster System
Whether you are working on a new or a renovation project, StoCalce Functio offers the perfect combination of properties for a healthy interior atmosphere, from it’s climate regulating structure, to it being a natural material – free of harmful substances, to opening up a range of design options with unique surface finishes.
Application is carried out by a Sto Registered Licensed Building Practitioner with the added protection of a 7½ Year StoWarranty and StoService Assurance, guaranteeing compliant materials are used and application meets the highest quality of standards.

StoLevell Calce RP – Humidity regulating base-coat. StoLevell Calce FS – Humidity regulating intermediate-coat.
Plasterboard and prepared surfaces:
StoLevell Calce FS, 3 – 5 mm.
New masonry block surfaces:
StoLevell Calce RP with glass fibre reinforcement mesh, 10 – 20 mm, and StoLevell Calce FS, 3 – 5 mm.
StoLevell Calce RP and FS may be applied as the finish.
StoVentec R
The StoVentec R system has been designed to suit just about any substrate, including porous concrete and timber framed buildings. Used both in the construction of new buildings and in refurbishment, the adjustable stainless steel sub-construction corrects uneven substrates up to 320mm and provides the ability to accommodate for curved structures. The ventilated cavity ensures the wall remains dry and breathes. The system components are adaptable to meet the needs of each individual project.

02 Subconstruction:
Sub-construction consisting of aluminium profiles to fix the carrier boards in place. Anchored in the substrate with Sto approved fixings inaccordance with the New Zealand Building Code.

Polished Plaster
Polished plaster is the name used to describe a range of new and updated forms of traditional Italian plaster finishes. The term covers a range of decorative plaster finishes suitable for internal and exterior use and gives a finish like polished marble, travertine, or limestone.
It is also possible to mix these types of plasters to achieve bespoke finishes. Polished plaster can be tinted or coloured using natural or synthetic colourants.

Textured Render
Textured renders are achieved using different grain sizes and application techniques allowing a project specific look and feel. Textures can be smooth, rough, coarse to very coarse to achieve any design intent. Custom colours are available for all renders to achieve project specific colour matches.

StoVeneer Wood
A simple, cost-effective and time-efficient approach to achieve the authentic look of timber board or board form concrete. It is designed for the creation of architecturally accentuated exterior surfaces, interior walls, and feature areas.
For new builds or renovations, the application of StoVeneer Wood is possible over a wide range of substrates.
It is reinforced with a Sto Render System for maximum system longevity and is covered by a Sto Warranty, delivering a durable and low-maintenance solution for all architectural and construction demands, residentially and commercially.
StoVeneer Wood System
The decision to clad exterior facades or interior surfaces with StoVeneer Wood can be made at most stages of the design or construction process, as the system build-up only consists of two layers, 5 mm in thickness. The StoVeneer Wood System is available for new builds or renovations, and for use with any of our Sto Facade and Render Systems.
